It’s like a sort of reward every autumn after all the work on our projects when we get together for a few fun events…
Along with other volunteers I enjoyed a lovely sunny afternoon last Sunday at the annual IEPAD barbecue, kindly hosted for us this year by Andrew who is one of the regular helpers at St Mary’s Park veg beds.
Let’s hope we’re as lucky with the weather on Sunday 2nd October when our wonderful Forest Garden is having a Mad Hatter’s Tea Party.
And then Apple Day will be coming round again on Sunday 23rd October. As you can see, there’s still time to help with preparations if you know where apples are to be found. All offers of help are very welcome.
